Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product, without providing a reason. To do so, contact us by email at adama_diarra.93@hotmail.com , specifying your order number and the products concerned.

2. Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unused, and with no signs of damage. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3. Reimbursement
Once the products have been returned and checked, we will proceed to a full refund of the returned items (excluding delivery costs), within 14 days of receipt.

4. Non-returnable products
Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
